Nicole has been in private practice in Santa Barbara since 1990.  She specializes in designing exercise programs for those wishing to manage chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, hypertension and diabetes.  Her approach to fitness emphasizes neutral posture first, stabilization second and always focuses on proper biomechanics and control before load.  Clients in her private practice increase their cardiovascular fitness, joint stability, flexibility, endurance, and decrease their chance of injury during activities of daily living. Nicole believes every person has the power to enhance the quality of their life.  It's just a matter of putting in the time and making health a priority!
